What is involved

1. Initial assessment. We inspect the full roof, gutters, flashings and fixings, and give you a written condition report with photos.
2. Tailored plan. Based on the roof type, age and environment, we recommend what needs doing and how often. Coastal and tree-lined properties usually need more frequent attention.
3. Scheduled visits. We clear gutters, downpipes and valleys, treat moss and lichen, check fixings and flashings, and flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a repair.
4. Reporting. After each visit you receive an updated report, so you always know the condition of your roof and have a maintenance record on file.
