Roof Assessments

This is where most jobs start and it is the page every campaign points to. If you do not know whether your roof needs a restoration, a repair or a replacement, this is how you find out.

Our Licensed Building Practitioner gets on the roof, inspects it properly and gives you a written recommendation covering what it needs now, what it will need later, and what each option costs. Sometimes the answer is a full replacement. More often it is a restoration for a fraction of the price, and we will tell you that even though it is the smaller job.

What is involved

1. Initial Roof Inspection

We attend the property and inspect the roof to assess its overall condition, age, roofing type and any visible areas of concern.

2. Check Key Roof Components

We inspect roofing materials, flashings, fixings, penetrations, ridges, gutters and other critical areas for signs of deterioration, damage or potential water ingress.

3. Identify Repairs or Maintenance

Any issues we find are documented, including areas that may require repairs, maintenance, restoration or further investigation.

4. Photos & Findings

Where possible, we take photos of the roof and any areas of concern so we can clearly explain what we have found.

5. Recommend the Right Solution

Based on the condition of the roof, we recommend the most appropriate next step — whether that is a repair, restoration, ongoing maintenance or full roof replacement.

6. Quote & Next Steps

We then provide a clear scope of work and pricing for the recommended solution so you can make an informed decision.
