Do I need a roof restoration or a full replacement?

Most roofs that look finished are not. We send a Licensed Building Practitioner out to assess it properly and give you a straight answer. Often a restoration will do what people assumed needed a replacement.

What does a roof restoration cost in Auckland?

Most sit between $5,000 and $10,000, depending on size, pitch and condition. We give you a fixed price after the assessment and that is the price you pay.

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. We come out, get on the roof and give you a written recommendation, with no obligation to go ahead.

How long does a restoration take?

Most residential roofs take three to five days, weather permitting. We give you a timeframe with the quote.

Do you work on my type of roof?

Long run steel, decramastic, concrete and clay tile, membrane and asbestos. If it is on an Auckland house, we work on it.

What areas do you cover?

The North Shore is our home patch. We also work across Central and East Auckland and out through Whangaparaoa, Warkworth, Coatesville and Helensville.

Is your work guaranteed?

Yes. Our workmanship is guaranteed and the products we use carry their own manufacturer warranties.

Do you handle asbestos roofing?

Yes, both removal and encapsulation, certified and compliant with the paperwork handled.

Can you work on commercial buildings?

Yes. We work with property managers, body corporates and builders across Auckland. See the commercial page for detail.
